All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Mentioning Allaah during intercourse is disliked and this contradicts good conduct with Allaah.
In principle, having sexual intercourse with one's wife is permissible at all times, therefore, it is permissible for the husband to have intercourse with his wife between the Fajr prayer and sunrise, and between the ‘Asr prayer and Maghrib prayer, however, he should not do so if he fears to miss the congregational prayer as we clarified in Fatwa 86793.
For more benefit on the etiquette of having sexual intercourse, please refer to Fatwa 81556.
Allaah Knows best.
