All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
In principle, it is permissible for a person to register his properties or some of it on the name of other people. However, this may lead the heirs to lose their rights when the owner of the properties die, or when the person on whom the properties are registered die and his heirs would claim that the properties belong to him. In which case there will be dispute between the two parties especially at the present time when the trust is lost and truthfulness is replaced by lying except among those on whom Allaah has mercy.
Therefore, in our view, the owner of the land should register it in his name. Nonetheless, the activity of the accident management company is not clear to us, so if its activity is in forbidden insurance, then registering it on your name is a kind of participation in its establishment and the continuity of its work. Therefore, you should transfer the ownership of the land on the name of its owner, and you should advise him to fear Allaah and avoid any forbidden work.
