She asks her younger sister for a kiss before helping her

Question:

assalam wa alykum
i have a younger sister who sometimes asks me to do some work for her, but i tell her that if she kiss me then only i will do that work for her otherwise i will not. what is the ruling on this? is this called as beribery?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

 

Bribery is money that is given in order to obtain something illegal, or in order to avoid an obligation which one is obliged to do. As regards what you asked about, it is not at all bribery.
