Woman using mobile phone in front of non-Mahram men

Question:

CAN I USE A CELL phone outside in front of non mahram thank you may allah have mercy on you.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

 

It is permissible for a woman to use a mobile phone outside her house if this does not lead to a prohibition, like revealing a secret or talking in a soft and attractive manner and the like.
