During Tawaaf, I saw a pilgrim near me kicking another. I stopped him with my hand and said to him, "Why are you doing that to your brother?" Thereupon, without saying a word, he attempted to smack me on my face with his shoe. I said to him, "Sufficient for me is Allah and He is the Best Disposer of affairs." He then drew his shoe away from my face and left. Please note that I had forgotten about the forbiddance to avoid disputation during Hajj at that time. I simply wanted to forbid evil. Am I blameworthy for this? Have I violated the Sharee‘ah?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His Slave and Messenger.
is His Slave and Messenger.What you have mentioned in the question is not included in the forbidden disputation or disobedience during Hajj. Rather, you have fulfilled the obligation of enjoining good and forbidding evil. We ask Allah to reward your for that, accept your Hajj and appreciate your endeavor.
